The form collects your name, email, message and optional contact or project details. We use these details to review your requirements and communicate about the project. Please avoid including sensitive personal information.
How the public website handles inquiries
Inquiries submitted on mahjcustom.com are stored in the website’s private Cloudflare storage. A notification containing your project details is sent through the configured Tencent business email service to youyou@mahjcustom.com. A saved receipt confirms storage; a delivery message reports the mail service’s acceptance, not that a person has read the inquiry.
Access and retention
Website administrators and the business mailbox operator can access inquiry records for project handling. Records are not made available as public website pages. Storage and email services process the information as part of providing those services. Inquiry records currently have no automatic deletion period configured, and an email copy may be held separately.
Questions, corrections and deletion requests
Email youyou@mahjcustom.com with your inquiry reference to request a correction or deletion, or to ask how your project information is used. The operator will review the request and any records that need to be retained for an ongoing order or other applicable obligations.
Local development preview
A preview running on localhost or 127.0.0.1 uses separate local storage. When notifications are disabled, the form reports that no email was sent. These preview records are separate from inquiries submitted on the public domain.
