Define your project specification
Use this checklist to prepare your brief. Available configurations and commercial terms are agreed for each project.

| Size & table fit | Provide the table dimensions, desired coverage and corner shape. Check the layout with racks and accessories in position. |
| Surface & backing | Describe the intended indoor or outdoor use, feel and grip needs. Agree the proposed materials, thickness and care instructions for that construction. |
| Artwork | Supply the print layout at the intended finished size. Agree artwork boundaries, orientation, colour references and placement relative to edges. |
| Edges & flatness | Discuss the edge treatment and check how the sample lies after unpacking. Record acceptable appearance and handling criteria. |
| Storage & packing | State whether the mat should be rolled or folded and whether a carrying bag is needed. Confirm packing dimensions and protection. |
| Quantity & schedule | Include quantity per design, destination and target date. MOQ, samples, costs and production timing are confirmed after the material and print brief is reviewed. |
What to check on the sample
- Place the sample on the intended table and check movement during play.
- Compare print colour, alignment and readability under agreed lighting.
- Check unpacking, flatness and storage; agree cleaning instructions for the selected materials.
Record the accepted sample version, any changes, inspection criteria and replacement terms before approving the order.
