Use this checklist to prepare your brief. Available configurations and commercial terms are agreed for each project.

| Pushers | State whether pushers are required and describe the preferred attachment, movement and storage arrangement. Check alignment and ease of use on a sample. |
| Acrylic & finish | Discuss thickness, colour, transparency, patterns, edge finish and artwork position. Approve the material and finish against a physical reference. |
| Packing | Specify sets per pack, separators, surface protection, labels and any carrying case. Check the packed combination for movement and contact marks. |
| Quantity & schedule | Share quantity per design, destination and required date. MOQ, pricing, sample arrangements and delivery timing depend on the selected configuration. |
What to check on the sample
- Load the rack with the intended tile set and check usable length and stability.
- Inspect edges, corners, artwork and any pusher connections.
- Pack and unpack the complete rack set to check protection and handling.
Record the accepted sample version, any changes, inspection criteria and replacement terms before approving the order.
