Define your project specification
Use this checklist to prepare your brief. Available configurations and commercial terms are agreed for each project.

| Dimensions & fit | Specify length, width and thickness; agree measurement points and tolerances. Check the proposed tiles with the racks and storage inserts. |
| Artwork & decoration | Supply editable artwork, a symbol key and colour references. Compare engraving, colour fill or printing on samples before choosing the process. |
| Accessories & packaging | List racks, pushers, dice, cases, bags and printed inserts separately, with quantities and individual packing requirements. |
| Quantity & schedule | Include the quantity per design, delivery country and target launch. MOQ, sample costs, production timing and shipping are quoted for the agreed configuration. |
What to check on the sample
- Check every tile face against the approved artwork and packing list.
- Compare colour, readability and edge finish under agreed lighting.
- Try the tiles in the selected racks and packaging, then record fit and handling feedback.
Record the accepted sample version, any changes, inspection criteria and replacement terms before approving the order.
