Use this checklist to prepare your brief. Available configurations and commercial terms are agreed for each project.

| Water-use evaluation | Agree conditions for buoyancy, colour retention and surface inspection of the selected finish. |
| Artwork and visibility | Supply face and reverse artwork; review contrast, orientation and readability at actual size. |
| Order and packaging | List quantity, storage and destination. Confirm packing, sample costs, MOQ and schedule in the offer. |
What to check on the sample
- Check every face and quantity against the approved list.
- Evaluate floating behaviour and handling in the agreed setting.
- Inspect the sample after the agreed exposure and care procedure.
Record the accepted sample version, any changes, inspection criteria and replacement terms before approving the order.
