Use this checklist to prepare your brief. Available configurations and commercial terms are agreed for each project.

What to check on the sample
- Fit the intended racks and pushers in the sample.
- Inspect contact between hard parts, seams and closure.
- Record the approved fabric reference and care instructions.
Record the accepted sample version, any changes, inspection criteria and replacement terms before approving the order.
