Start with the playing configuration, intended users and the accessories your tiles must work with. Then compare representative acrylic tile samples against that brief. There is no single ideal dimension or finish for every collection.
Define the complete tile list
List the faces and quantities required by your intended ruleset, including any Jokers, flowers and spare pieces. Separate the rules question from the aesthetic design. Ask for a written configuration schedule instead of assuming that a product name guarantees the contents you need.
Review the physical sample
Check readability, contrast, edge comfort, stacking and overall handling. Measure the agreed points and try the tiles in the selected racks and storage. Compare colour references under consistent conditions and record any differences between the sample and proposed production.
Approve a reproducible reference
Save the final face artwork, drawing, material description and sample identity together. Agree inspection and defect-handling terms before the order. Available construction, minimum quantities, costs and timing must be confirmed for the selected design; this guide does not supply a universal specification.
Prepare the next decision
Next, review decoration methods and sample checks alongside your current brief. Review the custom American mahjong set project page or send a project question with the relevant drawings, photographs and open decisions.
Reference scope: ACRYLITE care guidance concerns that manufacturer’s acrylic sheet. It does not identify the material or validate the finish of an unspecified mahjong product.
